Born on Indian Independence Day in 1978, He has completed his early schooling from Saraswati Shishu Mandir and thereafter from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Mathura and Imphal. He is a University Gold Medalist of Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi. University Gold medal was awarded by then then President of Indian Republic Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. He has done his Masters in English Literature from Dr BR Ambedkar University, Agra. Having keen interest in the field of Education, he has completed two years Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Administration (PGDEA) from Symbiosis University, Pune. He has also completed Master of Business Administration (MBA) with dual specialization in Operations Management and Human Resources Management from College of Engineering Trivandrum (School of Management), Kerala University. Besides all these, he has various technical qualifications like Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication, Bachelor of Science (Associate Degree), Diploma in security of strategic installations etc. to his credit.
He has a wide and varied experience in different areas. He has served with Indian Air Force for 20 years. He possesses specialized knowledge and expertise in the field of Optical Fiber Cable based communication technologies, Satellite Communication, Radio communication and Computer Networking. During his service with IAF, he was selected for foreign assignment in Bhutan where he has served as Communication Engineer at Paro International Airport, Bhutan as part of Air Force Element of Indian Military Training Team. On completion of his initial engagement with IAF, he has taken discharge in the year 2018. Thereafter he is working as a Banker with Punjab National Bank. He also possesses very good literary capabilities both in Hindi and English languages.
He is also associated with social service and actively engaged in major projects like Shiksha Kayakalp, Gaushala Management etc. He is also leading Vidya Bharati Poorva Chhatra Parishad Braj Pradesh as its Braj Pradesh Deputy Convener. He is associated with Vidya Bharati Braj Pradesh as an active member of many Action Groups like Academic Excellence, Text book writing and Thinking team. He is also an active member of editorial board of many periodicals, magazines and News Letters.
He is married to Mrs Kapila Gautam, a home maker and blessed with a daughter and a son who are studying. He is permanently based in Vrindavan since 1990 and now residing at Kailash Nagar, Vrindavan.
Mr Shivendra Gautam has taken over the charge of Manager of this Institute on 12 Aug 2024. Prior to this, he was Assistant Manager of this Institute from Dec 2020 to Aug 2024. He is also associated with the management of newly established Shyam Sundar Dhanuka Saraswati Vidya Mandir, Rukmini Vihar Vrindavan as its treasurer. He is also associated with Rashtriya Swayam sewak Sangh as Nagar Vyavastha Pramukh of Vrindavan Nagar. He is popularly known as a Soldier by Birth, a Banker by Profession, a Poet by heart and a Teacher by Passion.
